It makes her look oddly malformed and the small breasts look large on such a tiny body. In the Sims 3, the boob slider was ridiculous and didnt allow for saggy or perky options. If you had the largest breast setting, they looked like they were fake. Plus you couldnt adjust the hip size, butt size, or really just the body in general.
